Social Security Disability
You may have received a denial letter from the Social Security Administration based on an evaluation by a doctor who has never examined you. We have helped many clients obtain their Social Security Disability and SSI benefits.

I recently reprsented a gentleman who had applied for Social Security Disability. He had been injured on the job and suffered severe pain in his arms and legs.
An administrative law judge had found that our client was a malingerer. We produced medical records which proved he was not malingering but was indeed disabled. We then had to fight the Social Security Administration to get him the proper amount of benefits to which he was entitled.
Wills, Trusts, and Guardianships
We will be glad to discuss the best way to assure that your property goes to whomever you desire upon your death. Many people choose a living trust in order to avoid the delays, court supervision, and red tape involved in probate. However, we also prepare wills for those clients who do not want or need a trust.
We can assist you in caring for elderly parents and loved ones by preparing durable powers of attorney or petitions for guardianship, if necessary.
